Metro services on Bengaluru's newly launched Yellow Line went off schedule on Monday morning when a group of commuters stopped the first train at the RV Road station, demanding that the Yellow Line start running at 5 a.m., like the Green and Purple Lines. According to the BMRCL, the incident occurred at 6 a.m. on November 17, when a group of commuters stood at the edge of the platform, preventing the doors from closing, as the first train departed.
