There will be parking at 16 stations of Noida Greno Metro line. Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has issued tender for this. Agencies can apply till 25th November. There are 21 metro stations on this line. NMRC officials said that out of 21 stations, only three-four stations have parking facility, whereas out of 21 metro stations, 16 stations have sufficient space for parking.

UP Cabinet has approved the DPR (Detail Project Report) for adding two more stations to the existing line of Aqua Line Metro of Noida Metro. After this expansion, for the first time Noida Metro will reach near rural areas. This expansion of the metro route will cost approximately Rs 416 crore 34 lakh. In this, two new metro stations Junpat Gaon and Bodaki will be built. Depot is the last station of Aqua Line Metro between Noida-Greater Noida, which will now be extended from here to Bodaki.

Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) will set up parking facilities at eight stations of the Aqua Line. These stations are Sector 101, 83, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147 and 148. Each facility will be built to accommodate approximately 300 vehicles. As of now, there are parking lots at eight stations – Sectors 51, 76, 137, 142, NSEZ, Pari Chowk, Alpha 1 and Delta 1.

According to TOI, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has proposed a revised route plan for the extension of the Blue Line from Noida Electronic City to improve multi-modal connectivity. The plan includes construction of a metro station at Shahiabad opposite the rapid rail at Vasundhara. The five stations on the proposed route – Vaibhav Khand, DPS Indirapuram, Shakti Khand, Vasundhara Sector 5 and Sahibabad – will pass through Indirapuram and Vasundhara.

Noida Metro officials said on November 29 that the plan to extend the metro line from Sector 142 to Botanical Garden stations has been sent to the local authorities for their approval. The plan will be discussed in the next board meeting of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC), after getting in-principle approval from the Noida Authority and Greater Noida Authority, it will be sent to the Uttar Pradesh government and the Centre.

In this regard, in the meeting held on Tuesday, GDA Vice Chairman gave instructions to DMRC officials. GDA is busy connecting the Red and Blue lines of the metro.

President of India Draupadi Murmu will inaugurate the UP International Trade Show today. The trade show will be held from September 21 to September 25 at India Expo Center & Mart, Greater Noida. In view of the show, Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has increased the frequency of metro trains till September 25. Metro trains will be available every 7.5 minutes from 8 am to 10 pm.

There is great news for the people of Noida and Greater Noida. Preparations to build a big interchange at Sector-142 station of Aqua Line are almost complete. With its construction, there will be direct connectivity between Greater Noida and Delhi, boarding the Aqua Line from Greater Noida will directly reach Botanical Garden Metro Station. From there passengers will get the facilities of Blue Line and Magenta Line. The revised Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the metro route between Sector-142 Interchange Station and Botanical Garden will be ready soon.

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) on Wednesday said it will increase the frequency of Aqua Line trains to handle the rush of visitors to the international trade show at the Expo Center from September 21-25. The nearest metro station to the venue is Knowledge Park 2. “Visitors can now travel directly in the Aqua Line to reach the exhibition. Knowledge Park 2 metro station of Aqua Line is the nearest metro station to the trade show venue. The station is about 500 meters from the Expo Centre.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has submitted the detailed project report to the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) — for the proposed metro corridor between New Delhi railway station and Greater Noida Knowledge Park-2.According to officials familiar with the project, the detailed project report (DPR) has proposed around seven stations along this part of the metro corridor.

Noida Metro Aqua Line all set for an expansion! The Noida Metro Rail Corporation has recently invited tenders for extension of the Noida Metro rail network. The Noida Metro network is set to be extended with five more metro stations namely, Noida Sector 122, Noida Sector 123, Greater Noida Sector 4, Eco Tech – 12, and Greater Noida Sector 2.
