On Monday, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava reprimanded Metro officials for the poor condition of roads amid Metro construction work in Indore. The mayor expressed his displeasure at the condition of the road from Lavkush Square to Bapat Square and asked why service roads hadn't been built when the bridges were already completed. He said that it had been 20 days since the rains stopped, yet not even a kilometer of the road had been repaired.

Two months have passed since the metro service started in Indore. Initially, the citizens were seen travelling with enthusiasm, but now the number of passengers has decreased. The metro management has changed the time of metro operation on the super priority corridor. Now the metro will run from 1 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday. Earlier this service was operated from 10 am to 6 pm.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said in a program organized at Shipra Vihar on Friday night that now Indore and Ujjain are no longer separate. A metropolitan city is being developed by combining Indore, Ujjain, Shajapur (Maksi), Dewas and Dhar. The central government has sent approval of Rs 850 crore for the Indore-Ujjain metro project. The state's first three-level elevated bridge will be built in Ujjain (MP First Three Layer Bridge Ujjain), in which the metro train will run on the top floor.

Now underground work for the metro train has also started in Indore. It is starting with the construction of an underground metro station at the airport. Big machines have arrived here and digging has also started. A station will be built outside the airport till Bijasan Tekri. This will be Indore's first underground station, which will connect the underground and elevated tracks. The metro track will gradually rise upwards from the airport. For this, metro pillars have been constructed at different heights till the airport road.

On the instructions of Kailash Vijayvargiya, the work of changing the names of Indore Metro stations started with immediate effect. The following stations are now named as: Gandhi Nagar Station - Now Maa Ahilyabai Metro Station, Super Corridor Station - Now Rani Avantika Metro Station, Vijay Nagar Station - Now Rani Durgavati Metro Station, Radha Swami Station - Now Jhalkari Bai Metro Station, Khajrana Station - Now Operation Sindoor Metro Station

Metro service has started in Indore, the economic capital of Madhya Pradesh, from today. All the guidelines including the fare list of Indore Metro have also come. In the first week, Indore residents will travel in the metro for free. After this, they will have to travel by buying tickets. However, special discounts will be given in the fare for the first 3 months.

Once again the pace of metro project has increased in Indore. The metro project is being inspected continuously. If the pace of work continues at this pace, the metro train will start running in the next five months, i.e. in July. After seven months, the city residents will be able to enjoy the metro journey in Indore. In July, metro will run on the 5.9 km priority corridor from Gandhi Nagar to TCS up to Super Corridor Station Canal 3. Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, during the review of Bhopal-Indore projects in the ministry, talked about starting the priority route by July.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday flagged off the trial run of the first phase of the Rs 7500 crore Metro Rail project in Indore. During this, the Chief Minister said that a new era is beginning for Indore. Indore is the city of my dreams. Indore is the cleanest and smart city, Indore is IT city, Indore is hi-tech city. Now Indore has completed the journey from tempo to metro. The trial run of metro is going to start today.

Safety run of Indore Metro was conducted on Saturday. During this time, Metro Train MD Manish Singh himself was present. Trial run of Indore Metro is to be conducted on 15th September. Let us tell you, Indore Metro has been designed with the world's leading technology (Automatic Grade-4). Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been included in its designing.

For Indore Metro, the metro coaches have reached Indore city on 31st August. At around 10.45 am in the metro depot, the first coach of the metro was lowered from the container through a crane onto the tracks of the platform built in the premises. After this the coach was pulled to the tracks for a distance of 100 meters through a shunter.

The work of Indore Metro is almost complete, now the trial run is also going to happen next month. On the other hand, an exercise is also being made to build Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS) from Lavkush Square to Mahakal Temple in Indore. There is a possibility that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan may announce RRTS between Indore and Ujjain in the trial run program to be held on September 14 in Indore.

Metro coach for Indore has started its journey from Baroda. The coaches coming in big trolleys will come to Indore after traveling for a week. Coaches are covering a distance of 30 to 50 kilometers in a day. Four coaches will come to Indore for trial run. A trial run is to be held on the six kilometer long priority corridor in September. After September 15, there will be a trial run in the presence of the Chief Minister.

Indore Metro Station - Super Corridor No. 3 - This metro station is the first to be prepared and has started taking a grand shape. 40 iron pillars have been installed on it. A shed will be installed on this and on the day of the trial run, the metro will pass through the tracks laid below. The station passing through the Super Corridor is witnessing the growing size of the Metro and the rapid growth of the city.

Significant progress has been made in the development of the Indore metro, with construction of metro tracks underway in approximately half of the city. The project is now advancing further as geotechnical surveys are being conducted in different areas to ensure the completion of the entire metro line. This includes the crucial 8.62 km underground stretch connecting Regal to Indore airport.
