Overseen by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change it houses about 900 plant species displayed under different sections like Economic Plants, Medicinal Plants, Cacti & Succulents, Green Belt/Woodland, Fruit-bearing plants, Nurseries, and Water-loving plants. It epitomizes mother Nature and is paradise for a nature lover. Primitive plants from the Jurassic era and even earlier epochs like Horsetail, Psilotum Nudum can also be spotted here. It is a perfect hangout for photography, outings, jogging, and leisure walks.

It is a symbol of Dalit pride and is dedicated to commemorate the resilience of the indefatigable stalwarts of the Dalit community. The memorial stretches along the banks of River Yamuna and harbors a museum, statues, and a lush green zone. The sandstone monument has a huge conspicuous dome housing the statues of B R Ambedkar, Kanshi Ram, Mayawati. The sprawling park is segregated into three sections and has 18 feet tall 24 elephant statues. The museum inside offers a peek into the history of the Dalit Movement. It is a prime attraction in Noida and is frequented by visitors and historians alike.
