Dolphin's Nose is a hill also known as Black Morse Hill between Yerda and Gangavaram harbor in Visakhapatnam. The tourist place is named Dolphin's Nose because it looks like a dolphin's nose. The destination has a lighthouse that offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Bengal, ports, beaches and the city of Vizag. Before independence, the British Army used it as a military camp. British and French forces fought the Battle of Vizagapatam near this hill in 1804. There is a Hindu temple, a church and a mosque on the nearby hill.
