Located in the city of Meerut, Hastinapur is a city that has witnessed the great war of Mahabharata, the story of rivalry between brothers of the same family, the supremacy of Lord Krishna and the advent of Kali Yuga. The city is situated on the banks of river Ganges and Hastinapur is an important place of worship for Jains as it is the place where three Jain Tirthankaras took birth.
