About Dolls Museum

Doll Museum is located in Jaipur city which is known as Gudiya Ghar. It was constructed by the Bhagwai Bai Sekhsaria Charity Trust jaipur. This museum was inaugurated on 7 April 1979 by the then Chief Minister of Rajasthan Bhairon Singh Shekhawat.

Here you can find many dolls that express the culture with different costumes from different parts of the country like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Bengal, Gujarat, Assam, Kashmir, Punjab and others.

  3. The new museum has a central cooling system, lighting and wooden shelves. It also has the famous Japanese doll Hina Masturai doll. Apart from this, dolls of countries like Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, Afghanistan, Iran etc. have been kept in the gallery.
  4. Situated at a distance of 4 km from Jaipur city centre, it was built in 1974 with the aim of showcasing the different culture of the world.

  6. Rotary Dolls Museum was established in 2001 by Rotaryn Mr. Deepak Agarwal in Rajkot, Gujarat. Rotary clubs all over the world have gifted many dolls to this museum.
