The hall is culturally important for its connection to royal governance and is a major heritage tourism site. Located within the City Palace, which covers about 7 acres, it features marble interiors, decorative pillars, and royal symbols, reflecting Rajput traditions influenced by Mughal design. The main attraction of the Diwan-i-Khas was the “Jagat Shiromani” or “Jewel of the World” throne, made of pure gold.
