About Science City
Science City is a one of its kind science museum in the world where learning comes through entertainment. Science City was inaugurated on 1 July 1997. Developed by the National Council of Science Museums, it is one of the largest and finest in the world, presenting science and technology in a stimulating and engaging environment that is truly educational and enjoyable for people of all ages. With a mix of learning and fun, the center also dedicates a section to the spectacular aquatic world, where some of the most exotic fish and other marine species are kept in aquariums.
It is promoting science education in all the schools and organizing science activities in the school to inculcate creativity in the students.
Architecture of Science City
Science City is developed on a 50 acre land which used to be a dumping ground for the city's garbage for more than 100 years.
