Dashashwamedh Ghat is one of the oldest, grandest and most important Ghats of Kashi. This ghat is very close to the famous Vishwanath temple. This ghat is famous for Agni Puja, where Sandhya Aarti is organized by a group of priests who are dedicated to Lord Shiva, River Ganges, Surya, Agni as well as the entire universe.
The ghats are full of colorful flower sellers, boat owners, sadhus, guides and masseurs. This ghat has been a religious place for devotees and pilgrims and tourists over the years.
