About Galtaji Temple
Galtaji Temple, it is about 10 km from Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan. Built in the 15th century by Diwan Rao Kriparam, it was constructed by Raja Sawai Jai Singh. The temple has been an important place for meditation yogis since the 16th century. The temple is named after a saint Galav, who lived here for 100 years and did penance here.
