Kasthuri Sreenivasan Art Gallery, Coimbatore

The Kasturi Srinivasan Museum was established in 1981 by the textile scientist and author Mr. Kasturi Srinivasan. The Culture Center consists of an art gallery, a textile museum, an auditorium and a library. The purpose of this museum is to promote art and literature. The museum was maintained by a private institution and houses a wide range of textile arts collections.

1. The art gallery has many paintings and sculptures arranged in 10 rooms.
2. The museum also lacks proper guide to explain the history of everything.
3. The center houses an aesthetically designed art gallery showcasing the work of both established and up-and-coming artists and a textile museum that illustrates the development of the textile industry in India.
4. A number of bronzes in the traditional South Indian style are also on display.
