About Vintage Camera Museum

The Vintage Camera Museum also known as Museo Camera is located in the urban streets of DLF Phase 3 in Gurugram. Museo Camera was established in the year 2009, and has evolved from the personal collection of renowned Indian photographer and visual historian Aditya Arya, who has been collecting antique cameras for over 40 years.

The gallery in the museum houses a huge collection of over 1500 cameras from the period between 1880-990. In addition, it also has an elaborate display of ancient antiquities, including early flash equipment, old photographic films, expanders, light meters, etc. The main objective of the museum is to attract the youth to this area and to educate the visitors about the cameras.

This museum is one of the largest museums in India and is spread over 15,000 square feet. The Vintage Camera Museum and Foundation is unique in its kind and houses over 700 cameras from around the world.
