Tipu Sultan Summer Palace, Bangalore
Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace is an extraordinary example of Indo-Islamic architectural design and was Tipu Sultan’s summer residence. Hyder Ali started its construction but it was completed under the leadership of Tipu Sultan in the year 1791. This double-story building is constructed out of pure teak wood with gigantic fluted pillars that shore up the entire structure. The ceilings and the walls have painted floral patterns and the Islamic perception is put into use while making the carved arches. The museum on the ground floor of the palace exhibits the clothes, missiles that were used during the wars, and some of the swords of the monarch. It is situated at Albert Victor Road and a must-visit place for the vacationers.

Gavi Gangadhareshwara Temple, Bangalore
Gavi Gangadhareshwara Temple is a pure example of Indian rock-cut architecture and is nicely placed in the city of Bangalore, Karnataka. The temple is devoted to the Hindu God, Lord Shiva. Bangalore Fort, Bangalore
Bangalore Fort in the year 1537 was just a mud fort. In 1761 Hyder Ali changed the mud fort into a stone fort, which was further enhanced by Tipu Sultan his son in the 18th Century. Though not much of the Bangalore fort remains today it is an ancient heritage of the city. It was a huge fort but currently, only the Delhi Gate and a section of the fortification are visible. In the earlier times even Tipu Sultan’s summer fort was also a part of the Bangalore Fort but today it is a separate structure.
