The Assam State Zoo cum Botanical Garden or Guwahati Zoo is spread over an extensive area of ​​430 acres. It is located within the Hengrabari Reserve Forest in Guwahati, India. The Assam State Zoo was established in the year 1957 and was open for public viewing in the year 1958. It is home to 113 different species of the animal kingdom, which make up the more than 900 animals, birds, and reptiles in the zoo. The zoo displays panoramic landscape gardens, a great deal of wildlife and a serene environment.
