About Jain Glass Temple

The Jain Kanch Mandir, located in the General Ganj area of Kanpur city, was built by the Jain community as a mark of reverence for the 24 Tirthankaras of their religion. The temple has various hand-made sculptures, attractive ornamentation and delicate glass frescoes that highlight important details of Jain history and traditions.
