Saroornagar Lake, Hyderabad

Saroornagar Lake, also known as Saroornagar Cheruvu, is a major lake located in the Saroornagar area of Hyderabad, India. The lake was constructed in the year 1626 and was later renovated by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority in 2003–04. The lake was actually created for agricultural and drinking purposes and now serves as one of the major water bodies of the city. The lake is known for its picturesque setting and serene environment.
