Janpav Kuti Peak, situated on the Mumbai-Indore Highway, is situated in the hills of the Malwa plateau. It is a mountain at an altitude of 881 meters above sea level and is a famous tourist destination. It is the highest peak and vantage point and is surrounded by dense forest. The place is valued by Hindus and holds mythological significance as it is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Parashurama.
It is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and trekkers, attracting many people from across the country especially during monsoons. The region is blessed with a unique medicinally potent flower that is widely used in Ayurveda.
