Indore White Church, Indore

Indore White Church, officially known as St. Anne's Church, is located in the city of Indore in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It was built by the Governor General of India, Sir Robert MC Hamilton in the year 1858. This church was built to serve the Christian community in Indore and has since played an important role in the religious and cultural life of the city. Above the altar, visitors can see a 3 meter tall wooden crucifix. The church is the center of various spiritual and social activities for the Christian community. It hosts many special services such as baptisms, weddings and anniversaries throughout the year. The church remains an active place of worship, hosting regular religious services and ceremonies.
