About Khajrana Temple

Khajrana Temple is a Hindu temple, located in the Khajrana area of Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. This temple was built in 1735 by Queen Ahilyabai Holkar, who was a prominent ruler and was known for her contribution to temple construction and restoration in the region. The main deity of the temple is Lord Ganesha, he is revered as the remover of obstacles and the god of knowledge and beginnings. According to the belief here, all the wishes of the devotees are fulfilled by worshiping in this temple. A large number of people come to this temple for worship mostly on Wednesdays and Sundays.

The main festival of this temple is Vinayaka Chaturthi and it is celebrated in a grand manner in the months of August and September. Khajrana Temple is not only a place of worship but also an architectural gem and a cultural heritage site. It holds historical and religious significance and offers visitors a glimpse of the rich traditions and spirituality of the region.
