What is Pune Metro NCMC One Pune Card?

The National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) is the evolved edition of the Contactless metro smart card, designed as an interoperable transport card by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs in India. This multifaceted card is available in prepaid, debit, or credit RuPay card formats, and several banks, such as the State Bank of India, Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, and others, participate in its issuance.

National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) is used in Pune Metro for travel purpose.

How to get Pune Metro NCMC One Pune Card?

You can visit your nearest Pune metro station, or you can also fill in the E-form available online post which a Unique number is sent via SMS on your mobile after which the card can be purchased at any Pune metro station by just showing the unique number. But if you want to apply for One Pune card through online then go with: https://customerportal.hdfcbankonepune.in/eform/

You can avail this card by providing any one of the below listed OVD documents:

  • Voter ID card.
  • Driving License.
  • Passport.
  • NREGA JOB Card.
  • Aadhar number

Apart from above documents PAN number would be mandatorily provided (For individuals below 18 years PAN number is non mandatory).

Minimum & Maximum Recharge Amount in NCMC Card

The minimum limit for card top-up is ₹50/- and for maximum limit for top-up is ₹10000/-(Maximum limit for chip balance is ₹2000/-).

Important Instructions of Pune Metro NCMC One Pune Card
  • One customer can get a maximum of 4 HDFC One Pune Cards.
  • If your card damage/ dispute transaction then report One Pune card you can contact the customer support Centre on 080-35004500 or you can also email at hdfcpunemetro@support-paycraftsol.com
  • Minimum KYC cards must be updated to Full-KYC cards within two years after card issuance by providing required KYC documentation; otherwise, a credit freeze will be placed to the card however, the amount available on the card is still usable.
  • If the card is lost or stolen the cardholder must immediately report the loss / theft by calling 080-35004500 or as immediate action can login to the customer portal and block the card temporarily.
  • The cardholder must note that any balance stored on the offline chip will be lost if the card is stolen or lost and is nonrefundable.
  • If your card is near its expiry date then, you will receive an SMS requesting for renewal to which you will have to visit nearest Pune metro station counter for card re-issuance.
