Jaipur Metro Smart Card:

Jaipur Metro Smart Card total purchase cost is Rs. 100/-, with the Includes Rs. 50/- security deposit and Rs. 50/- as the initial card value. Smart Cards can be purchased from Customer Care Centre of any Station. No ID card is required to purchase this card.

Jaipur Metro Co-Branded (Combo) Smart Card

Jaipur metro Contactless Co-Branded (Combo) Smart Card or Combo 12 (HDFC/JMRC) is issued by only designated branch(s) of HDFC Bank. for more detail commuters go our nearest HDFC bank branch.

• At Ticket Vending Machine: Minimum recharge value Rs. 100/-, thereafter in multiples of Rs. 50/- throught cash.
• Through Credit/Debit Card: Minimum recharge value Rs. 100/-, thereafter in multiples of Rs. 100/-.
• Online Recharge: Conveniently recharge through the JMRC Portal at www.jaipurmetrosmartcard.in.
• From Other Private Apps: Amazon, Paytm, WhatsApp minimum recharge value Rs. 100/- and for more information goes on official websites.

Discount on Jaipur Metro Card:

Discount offer on Jaipur Metro Smart Card:

• In the Jaipur Metro no discount on smart card when commuters travel fare is less than Rs. 10.
• If commuters travel in the Jaipur metro with the smart card then their fare is Rs. 10 or more but less than Rs. 20, then commuters get a 10% discount on a single journey.
• If commuters travel fare Rs. 20 or more in Jaipur metro then, commuters get a 15% discount on a single journey.

Discount offer on Jaipur Metro Co-Branded (Combo) Smart Card

• In the Jaipur Metro no discount on smart card when commuters travel fare is less than Rs. 10.
• If commuters travel in the Jaipur metro with the smart card then their fare is Rs. 10 or more but less than Rs. 20, then commuters get a 10% discount on a single journey.
• If commuters travel fare Rs. 20 or more in Jaipur metro then, commuters get a 15% discount on a single journey.

Rules on Jaipur Metro Card:

• Validity of amount in jaipur metro card: 3 years from date of sale and shall extend further to 3 years from date of last add value.
• Amount Refund if Physically OK & electronically readable: From CCC, maximum Security Deposit upto Rs. 25 will be refundable after deducting processing charge of Rs. 25. Only fresh card shall be issued by adjusting remaining electronic balance, and difference amount, if any shall be charged.
• Amount Refund if Physically damaged & electronically readable: Only fresh card shall be issued by adjusting remaining electronic balance, and difference amount, if any shall be charged.
• Amount Refund if Physically OK & electronically unreadable: Only fresh card shall be issued by adjusting remaining electronic balance plus security deposit, and difference amount, if any shall be charged.

Developed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs in India, the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) stands as the upgraded version of the Contactless metro smart card. It functions as an interoperable transport card and is issued in the forms of prepaid, debit, or credit RuPay cards. Partnered banks, including the State Bank of India, Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, and more, facilitate the issuance of the NCMC.

National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) is currently not used in Jaipur Metro for travel purpose. because the system is being upgraded to be NCMC compliant.
