Mumbai Metro Line 13, the Purple Line, is a proposed corridor of about 23 km from Shivaji Chowk on Mira Road to Virar, with around 20 stations. It will extend metro service north beyond Mira-Bhayandar into Vasai and Virar, one of the fastest-growing parts of the Mumbai region. The project is at the detailed project report stage, and construction timelines are yet to be finalised. - Line 13 is planned from Shivaji Chowk (Mira Road) to Virar.
