On 20 July 2023 the closing ceremony of an event wherein books were donated was done with Lucknow Metro officials, Robin Hood Academy and Big FM team. This activity was started on Big FM’s 6th Anniversary at Lucknow with a Dhun badlo theme. Five metro stations became collection centres for the cause where the people donated books.

Lucknow Metro is organizing a 2-day carnival on 13th and 14th July 2023 at Hazratganj Metro Station. In which a total of 9 stalls related to NGOs, s and small-medium scale businesses will be set up at the metro station. The exhibition will start at 8 am and the products will be available for sale till 8 pm. Products like jute bags, artificial jewellery, home decor are available with huge stock on the stalls in this 2 day carnival.

This remarkable feat surpassed the previous record set in December 2022, when 20.47 lakh passengers utilized the metro network.
